FGL was orignally founded in Forest Grove, Oregon, in 1957 as a Sawmill that specialized in cutting to order, and pulling to the piece. Continuing in that tradition of exceptional service and quality FGL has expanded its value-added services to improve our customers experience.
Products and Services:
Forest Grove Lumber is home to Accuruff our patented re-sawn texture, and TruDry our Radio Frequencey Vacuum kiln dried timbers. These products in addition to our milling capabilities and ability to ship by the piece, unit or specified order via truck, train, or ship ensure you get the quality product you want when you want it.
Inventory:
Our inventory of over 10 million board feet sits on our 18 acre location in McMinnville, OR. We carry green and dry Douglas fir dimension and timbers, as well as an inventory of full-sawn rough timbers which we plane at the time of your order providing you an exceptionally clean and bright piece. This extensive inventory allows us to fulfill your orders quickly, effeciently and accurately.
